Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive

Company Introduction
Passion Pet Nutrition Limited is a dynamic company engaged in the distribution of pet-related products across China, Hong Kong, and Macau. We are currently seeking a motivated and high-calibre professional to join our Sales & Marketing team.

Job Requirements

• University graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, energetic, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is preferred
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events
• Consolidate, update, and maintain sales and marketing data
• Assist in website and social media page development and maintenance
• Support the preparation of market trend analysis reports for effective sales strategy development
• Prepare product catalogues, e-commerce content, printed materials, and other marketing and sales collateral
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the marketing team leader
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Other Details

• Working location: Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong
• Working schedule: 5.5-day work week, with alternate WFH Saturdays
• Annual leave: 12 days
